Terms and Conditions of Sale
These terms and conditions of sale set out the rules regarding the purchase and use of digital products offered through the lazerdesen.com website. All users who make transactions through the site shall be deemed to have read and accepted these terms.
1. Parties
This agreement is established electronically between the user who purchases digital products through the lazerdesen.com website (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) and lazerdesen.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”).
2. Scope of the Service
lazerdesen.com is a digital content platform that sells vector design files that can be used in laser cutting and similar production processes. The products offered on the site are not physical products, but downloadable digital files.
3. Order and Purchase Process
Users may complete the purchase process by selecting the digital design files available on the site. Once the purchase is completed, the user is granted the right to download the digital product.
In order for the purchase process to be completed, the payment transaction must be successfully finalized.
4. Payment Transactions
All payment transactions made on our website are processed through the secure payment system infrastructure of PayTR.
Your credit card or debit card information is not stored by lazerdesen.com and is not kept in our systems. All payment transactions are securely processed by PayTR.
5. Delivery of Digital Products
Once the payment transaction has been successfully completed, the purchased digital products become available for download through the user's account.
Since digital products are content delivered instantly, the delivery process does not include physical shipping.
6. Refund and Right of Withdrawal
Under Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, for instantly delivered digital content, the user may not exercise the right of withdrawal once the download process has been carried out.
For this reason, refund or cancellation procedures for digital files purchased through lazerdesen.com are generally not possible.
7. License and Usage Rights
The purchased design files only provide the user with a license to use them. This license is subject to the following restrictions:
- Resale of the files is prohibited
- Sharing the files on other platforms is prohibited
- Distribution of the files under a sublicense is prohibited
- Renting out or transferring the files is prohibited
- Publishing the files as a database or archive is prohibited
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All design files, graphics, texts, and digital content available on lazerdesen.com are protected under Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution gives rise to legal liability.
9. User Responsibility
Users shall bear any copyright or legal responsibilities arising from the use of the files they purchase.
10. Service Changes
lazerdesen.com reserves the right to change site content, prices, or terms of sale without prior notice whenever deemed necessary.
